The transaction marks Terra’s formal entry into the U.S. tungsten space, securing a historically high-grade project within a recognised mining jurisdiction and positioning the Company for on-the-ground work programs in 2026.

Viking Mines Limited (ASX: VKA) has announced the acquisition of a high-grade, production-proven tungsten portfolio in Nevada, USA, a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction (Figure 1). The transaction provides Viking with 100% exposure to six historical tungsten projects located in close proximity to strategic US defence infrastructure, positioning the Company within a critical minerals supply chain at a time of heightened geopolitical urgency.

Sun Silver Limited (ASX: SS1) has delivered yet another step-change in the scale of its cornerstone Maverick Springs Silver–Gold Project, located in northeast Nevada, approximately 85km from Elko and proximal to the world-renowned Carlin Trend. The latest Mineral Resource upgrade increases the total Inferred Mineral Resource to 539Moz silver equivalent (AgEq) at 71 g/t AgEq, representing an additional 59Moz AgEq uplift from the 2025 exploration and re-assay program.
