AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) has announced a significant new order for its flagship ARCEMY® X metal additive manufacturing system (Figure 1), valued at approximately A$1.69 million. The system has been purchased by FasTech LLC, a US-based supplier servicing the Defence, Aerospace, Energy, and other high-demand industrial sectors. The ARCEMY® X will be delivered and supported through AML3D’s US Technology Centre located in Stow, Ohio.

AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) will supply two custom ARCEMY® systems to Newport News Shipbuilding, extending its footprint in US naval supply chains. The order value is ~A$4.5m, reinforcing momentum after multiple ARCEMY® deployments into the US Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base. The company expects the units to be installed and operational in Q2 2026.

A recent A$0.83 million contract with BAE Systems UK marks a strategic entry into the UK defence supply chain, with AML3D sourcing 8.5 tonnes of Nickel Aluminium Bronze (NAB) feedstock to support BAE’s feasibility program.
