  • The Critical Aspects of REE in the New World

Rooster Talk Episode 10 with George Bauk, Managing Director, Northern Minerals Limited (ASX:NTU) The REE market has always been one that is hard to analyse. The market is complicated and the cost of getting a project to production is difficult. The implication of Chinese dominance has made market pundits aware wary of investing. This implied issue of a China Monopoly of this sector has made it difficult for many companies. Northern Minerals Limited (ASX; NTU) is one of these companies but NTU is different. They are already in a pilot production stage and the changing world market due to COVID-19 may swing favour to the company. George Bauk talks to us about what is happening with the company and the path forward. • High-Grade Gold in Newfoundland, Canada

Coffee with Samso Episode 35 with Keith Bowes, Executive Director, Technical, Matador Mining Limited (ASX: MZZ) It’s always good to talk to a company with a trailblazing story to tell, so I was delighted to sit down with Keith Bowes of Matador Mining to hear some details behind their pioneering high-grade gold mining in Canada. Matador was the first Australian gold developer to enter the Canadian gold market following the acquisition of its Cape Ray project in 2018. Located in the south of Newfoundland, a large island east of the Canadian mainland, the Cape Ray gold project is in the Cape Ray Shear, a geological structure that extends around 400 kms. through Newfoundland and is regarded as one of the most prospective yet under-explored regions in North America. Matador consolidated the southern portion of this geological structure, with its tenure extending across approximately 65 kms. of a potential strike. Following a review of historical drilling, as well as completion of the company’s inaugural drill programme during late 2018, a JORC resource of 1.02Moz Au at an average grade of 2.2g/t was defined at the project. This resource is contained within four areas covering a total strike of around 14kms. The majority of the source is at the Central Zone, which hosts more than 800,000oz of gold at a grade of 2.6g/t Au. This Central Zone shows excellent potential for future open pit operations as well as significant underground potential. Keith Bowes, Matador’s Executive Director, Technical, is a highly- regarded mining executive with extensive experience in metallurgy, project management and operational management. Here’s some of his points from our conversation: We pride ourselves in being a high-grade open pit operation; we’re expecting our head grades to be something in the order of two, maybe 2.2 grams per tonne I don't think we're going to find one massive pit; I think we're going to find multiple big pits Even within that area we're think we're going to find some more in there as well, so very, very highly productive from a relatively small area Canada's very similar to Australia in terms of there's a very defined process that you need to go through. So long as we go through those steps and meet all the different hurdles at each of the different steps, we don't see any issues coming up with the project Watch the interview here or see the video above. • Mini Football - The Next Australian Sporting Code

Rooster Talk Episode 15 with Bryan Raebun, Vice President, Australian MiniFootball Association I met Bryan Raeburn late last year while they were promoting the 2019 Mini Football World Cup in Perth, Western Australia. This is a catch-up chat and Bryan is now looking to set up the next sporting code in Australia. The COVID-19 situation has been a very distracting event for business, however, the fact that there is no serious sporting event happening now may be good news for Bryan. The mini-football code is not new as it is well played all over the world. The fact that there have been past World Cup events is a true testament to the popularity of the event. http://www.ausminifootball.com/ Bryan Raeburn email: vicepresident@ausminifootball.com PODCAST Disclaimer The information or opinions provided herein do not constitute investment advice, an offer or solicitation to subscribe for, purchase or sell the investment product(s) mentioned herein. • A Step Closer to Mining in the Menzies Goldfields

Rooster Talk Episode 16 with Ed Turner, CEO, Kingwest Resources Limited (ASX:KWR) This episode of Rooster Talk is with Ed Turner of Kingwest Resources Limited (ASX: KWR). Ed and I made a Coffee with Samso late last year and I was immediately keen to keep updated with the progress of the project. It is good to hear that they are doing well and have been getting some great results. The recent drilling results that were published by the company are very encouraging.  The results do give some more evidence that there is a potential mining scenario here in the historical Menzies Goldfields.  The positive results do indicate that continued drilling is warranted and should be encouraged. Kingwest Resources Limited (ASX: KWR) Ed is a geologist with 30 years of experience throughout Europe, South America, Africa and Australia in a range of roles encompassing base, precious and speciality metals for leading mining companies. Technical strengths include exploration, underground mining, resource estimation, feasibility studies and development level work. Ed was previously engaged as the CEO and General Manager of Exploration of Geology for Galena Mining Limited where he delineated the high-grade Abra lead-silver deposit that is shaping up to be a highly profitable mine development. • Markets and Commodities with Rick Rule

Coffee with Samso Episode 37 with Rick Rule, CEO, Senior Managing Director, Sprott Inc.; President & CEO, Sprott U.S. Holdings This episode of Coffee with Samso with Rick Rule is an update to my previous conversation with Rick in March which unfortunately was dogged by technical issues. I was eagerly looking forward to speaking with him again, as there had been many changes in the intervening four weeks and I wanted to hear Rick’s opinions on them. Rick Rule began his career in the securities business in 1974 and has been principally involved in natural resource security investments ever since. He’s a leading resource investor specialising in mining, energy, water utilities, forest products and agriculture, and has originated and participated in hundreds of debt and equity transactions with private, pre-public and public companies. Rick is also the Founder of Global Resource Investments, President and CEO of Sprott U.S. Holdings, Inc. and a member of the Sprott Inc. Board of Directors. He’s a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has been interviewed for numerous radio, television, print and online media outlets concerning natural resource investment and industry topics. He’s also frequently quoted by prominent natural resource-oriented newsletters and advisories. Some highlights of Rick’s views were: We believe this decline in sales will lead to decline in margins and will lead to a decline in the ability to service debt at all levels of society. But for right now the market is very bullish, very buoyant and we expect precious metals markets, while volatile, will also continue to be buoyant There's plenty of liquidity in the market now and I’m afraid that investors that don't have a credit background are confusing liquidity that is cash in the system with solvency; and those are actually very different words There are no certainties in life, I've learned that after 67 years, but there are probabilities and the probability is that the policy response to an economic slowdown will be continued quantitative easing, which is to say counterfeiting, continued low or in fact negative real interest rates, and a continued deterioration of central government balance sheets I'm concerned about the fact that a lot of the valuation that occurred in the tech sector, like in the mineral exploration sector, was highly speculative and if we have a circumstance where a business is growing very rapidly but on low margins, the idea that it’s capital intensive, that it requires cheap capital and its margins are under pressure really scares me Because the ethos in Australia is more geared towards making money and also because of this wonderful combination of a low and declining Australian dollar in the face of rapidly increasing gold prices in Australian dollars, there’s wonderful combination hard to screw it up, even I couldn't screw it Watch the interview here or see the video above.
