Critical Resources (ASX CRR), Research and Coverage
Critical Resources Ltd (ASX: CRR), formerly Force Commodities (ASX: 4CE). Critical Resources is an exploration company with ground in four countries and, unusually, a technology programme alongside it. It does not mine and does not sell anything, so the money it spends comes from shareholders rather than from sales. Its three strands are lithium in Ontario in Canada, a polymetallic deposit in New South Wales plus copper licences in Oman and gold permits in New Zealand, and an evaluation programme on solid-state battery technology under option over United States university patents. That last one is not mining at all, and a reader weighing this company needs to know it exists. Its financial year ends on 31 December, not 30 June, which is unusual among ASX small caps.
